James Murray burst onto the dance scene back in 2008 and has not looked back since. Worldwide headline DJ appearances for Ministry of Sound in over 40 countries and a number of production releases on major house labels, James has been taking the House scene by storm!

Since breaking onto the scene with his Gifted brand in 2008, James Murray has gone from club promoter to International Tour DJ, to producing House Music. His debut EP, "Back to the Future" signed to Whartone Records, charted at a number of download sites. James followed this up with a remake of the Beastie Boys classic "Intergalactic" signed to Floorplay Music, entitled "Lost in Space". This also charted well and featured on a number of commercial radio stations across the UK. James has continued to have his productions released on labels such as Tactical Records, Housesessions Records and Purple Sun, plus another release on Whartone Records.

James has shown his DJing skills worldwide, playing Beach and Outdoor Festivals in Brazil, Mexico, Russia, India and countries across Europe. He has also headlined events at a number of super clubs, including Cocoon Club - Frankfurt, Pacha - Munich and The Sanctuary - Dubai, just to name a few.

James was made an Official Ministry of Sound Tour DJ and represented the brand from 2010 - 2012. In early 2012, James was asked to mix the first ever Ministry of Sound Live Series album, showcasing the sounds rocking the Ministry of Sound tours worldwide, entitled "Brazil Live".

2013 saw James start a residency at Pacha London with club brand Dreamland, held by One Sound Events. After a number of successful parties, James relocated to Abu Dhabi to work on new material in the studio and was quickly signed up by Big Beat Boutique Artist Music Management group. Currently touring and with a stack of new releases due out on major House labels, things seem to be going from strength to strength for James.
