The Signature 3 presents an artful collaboration of its' 3 seasoned chefs, enchanting the Chef’s Table campaign and presenting the theme “Art On A Plate”.

Each dish is based on a famous artwork and reflects the colours, story or composition of it. Come and savor the exquisite menu that takes you on a journey through the different art epochs, highlighting legendary artists with dishes created in perfection from “JJ Galloway Sushi and Sashimi”, to “A Dream by Pablo Picasso”, to the “Murano Sugar Dome”. In addition, our mixologist have created an artistic cocktail inspired by the famous painting of Mona Lisa.

The distinctive flavor of the drink “La Gioconda” is the perfect match to the modern Greek cuisine, flavorsome Mediterranean gastronomy and the creative Pacific Rim recipes of the “Art On A Plate” menu.
