Set amidst the stunning backdrop of Al Maryah Island’s waterfront, Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s al fresco, sharing-style brunch takes place on the vibrant Hidden Bar terrace, offering panoramic views from both indoors and outdoors as you toast to cherished traditions and the joy of the season.

The brunch begins with an enticing array of canapes from Brioche with brie and plum jam to flavours of Smoked Salmon atop fluffy blinis with crème fraîche. For starters, savour the freshness of Dibba Bay Oysters paired with mignonette sauce or indulge in a Charcuterie Platter boasting artisanal cheese and cold cuts.

A classic Easter favourite, tempt your tastebuds with succulent roasted lamb with yoghurt and harissa marinade or the rich flavours of 12-hour smoked brisket. Seafood lovers can delight in Pan-Seared Salmon with fennel confit and chive vinaigrette, while those craving comfort food can enjoy Baked Cannelloni with porcini mushroom and parmesan fondue. The perfect bite-sized treats, conclude the brunch experience with a selection of Petit Four including Pineapple Carpaccio with a yoghurt mousse and traditional Easter Colomba Pasquale.
